摘　　要：随着经济体制和政治体制的改革及经济的快速发展,我国正在经历一场前所未有的社会变革,这无疑给精神文明建设带来了巨大的挑战以及深远的影响。从科学发展观的要求出发对旅游业提出了全新的定位,指出把旅游业培育成国民经济的战略性支柱产业和人民群众更加满意的现代服务业的宏伟目标,并就新时期旅游业发展进行了全面部署,明确了具体的发展目标。With the reform and development of economic and political system,China is experiencing an unprecedented social change,which undoubtedly brings great challenges and far-reaching impact to the construction of spiritual civilization.Starting from the requirements of the scientific concept of development,this paper puts forward a brand-new orientation for tourism,and pointed out the grand goal of cultivating tourism into a strategic pillar industry of the national economy and a modern service industry that the people are more satisfied with.In this paper,the development of tourism in the new period has been fully deployed,and the specific development goals have been defined.
