摘  要:本文介绍了立磨机的工作原理,在实验室采用KLM-3型立磨机对石英砂进行磨矿试验研究,确定适用于该机的选型试验参数。其间对赤峰某铜炉渣进行了选型试验研究,根据试验结果,推荐选用装机功率为500 kW的KLM-500型立磨机作为中矿细磨设备。工业实践表明,KLM-500型立磨机完全可满足铜炉渣再磨与细磨的工艺需求,设备投入运行以来,机械性能稳定可靠,衬板寿命长,介质消耗低。利用实验室型立磨机测定矿石的比能耗,可为工业立磨机的选型提供科学指导。This paper introduced the working principle of the vertical mill,and used the KLM-3 vertical mill to conduct a grinding test on quartz sand in the laboratory,so as to determine the selection test parameters suitable for the machine.In the meantime,a type selection test was conducted on a copper slag in Chifeng,according to the test results,it was recommended to select a KLM-500 vertical mill with an installed power of 500 kW as the fine grinding equipment for medium ore.Industrial practice shows that the KLM-500 vertical mill can fully meet the process requirements of copper slag regrinding and fine grinding,since the equipment is put into operation,the mechanical performance is stable and reliable,the liner life is long,and the medium consumption is low.Using laboratory type vertical mill to measure the specific energy consumption of ore can provide scientific guidance for the selection of industrial vertical mill.
