摘 要:为研究日粮中添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG)对产蛋后期蛋鸡抗氧化能力及蛋黄脂肪酸组成的影响,试验选取180只45周龄健康且体重相近的京红1号商品蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只鸡,分别为对照组(C组:饲喂基础日粮)和3个水平的NCG处理组(N1、N2、N3组,分别饲喂添加0.08%、0.12%、0.16%水平的NCG试验日粮)。试验期共计14周,采集血液、肝脏及肠道组织样本测定NO等抗氧化指标,利用气相色谱法测定N1组及对照组蛋黄脂肪酸含量。结果表明:N2组血浆中NO含量较对照组提高108.62%(P<0.05),N2组和N3组血浆中一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)活力分别较对照组提高14.75%、18.48%(P<0.05),N1组血浆中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)的活力较对照组提高18.51%(P<0.05);N1组和N3组盲肠NO的含量分别较对照组提高256.45%、132.26%(P<0.05),N2组和N3组十二指肠NO含量分别较对照组降低31.35%、20.32%(P<0.05);N1组蛋黄中共轭亚油酸(C18:3 n6)、α-亚油酸(C18:3 n3)、二十碳二烯酸(C20:2)、花生四烯酸(C20:4 n6)、廿碳五烯酸(C20:5)、二十二碳二烯酸(C22:2)、二十四(碳)烯酸(C24:1)和二十二碳六稀酸(C22:6)的含量分别较对照组提高38.04%、42.33%、24.04%、7.49%、75.00%、625.00%、8.70%和27.11%(P<0.05),处理N1、N2、N3组蛋黄中甘油三酯(TG)的含量分别较对照组提高32.18%、27.41%、31.12%(P<0.05)。综上,NCG能影响产蛋后期蛋鸡血浆、肝脏和肠道NO水平及抗氧化能力,但存在部位和剂量依赖效应;0.08%水平的NCG能显著提高产蛋后期蛋黄中不饱和脂肪酸和甘油三酯的含量,降低饱和脂肪酸和胆固醇含量。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of adding NCG to the diet on the antioxidant capacity of laying hens and the fatty acid composition of egg yolk in the late laying period.180 Jinghong No.1 commercial laying hens,which were healthy and similar in weight,were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group,and 15 chickens in each replicate.The control group(C:fed basic diets)and the 3 levels of NCG treatment groups(N1,N2,N3,each treatment group was fed with NCG test diets at the levels of 0.08%,0.12%and 0.16%),15 in each group chicken.The experiment lasted for a total of 14 weeks.Blood,liver and intestinal tissue samples were collected to determine nitric oxide(NO)and other antioxidant indicators,and gas chromatography was used to determine the fatty acid content of egg yolk in the N1 group and the control group.The results showed that:The plasma NO content in the N2 group was increased by 108.62%compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the activity of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)in the plasma of the N2 group and N3 group were increased by 14.75%and 18.48%compared with the control group(P<0.05).The activity of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)in the plasma of the N1 group was increased by 18.51%compared with the control group(P<0.05);the cecal NO content of the N1 and N3 groups were increased by 256.45%and 132.26%compared with the control group(P<0.05)),the duodenal NO content of the N2 and N3 groups was 31.35%and 20.32%lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the conjugated linoleic acid(C18:3 n6),α-linoleic acid(C18:3 n3),eicosadienoic acid(C20:2),arachidonic acid(C20:4 n6),eicosapentaenoic acid(C20:5),docosadienoic acid(C22:2),docosahexaenoic acid(C24:1)and docosahexaenoic acid(C22:6)in the egg yolk of the N1 group was increased by 38.04%,42.33%,24.04%,7.49%,75.00%,625.00%,8.70%and 27.11%compared with the control group(P<0.05),the content of triglycerides(TG)in the yolk of the N1,N2,and N3 groups were increased by 32.18%,27.41%,31.12%(P<0.05).Studies have shown that NC
