摘 要:为了解决机械测量仪器测量电容精度不高和速度不快的问题,该文基于PICOCAP测量原理,利用带有内部DSP单片机的单芯片电容测量方案PCAP01,设计电子测量系统实现微小电容的检测。该系统硬件主要由PCAP01芯片及其应用电路,搭配STM32最小系统、供电电路以及OLEDssd1306显示模块组成。系统软件包括电容数据采集、Pcap01与STM32之间的通信以及数据转换、STM32与OLED液晶显示器之间的通信、OLED的显示等。通过最后测试结果分析可知:基于Pcap01的微电容测量系统可以完成从几fF—几百nF的电容测量,测量周期最低可达us级。该设计可以被应用于液位测量、物位测量、加速度测量等微电容传感器测量领域。In order to solve the problem of low precision and slow speed of mechanical measuring instruments,this paper designs an electronic measurement system to detect tiny capacitors based on the measurement principle of PICOCAP and the single-chip ca⁃pacitance measurement scheme of Pcap01 with internal DSP microcontroller.The hardware of the system is mainly composed of PCAP01 chip and its application circuit,STM32 minimum system,power supply circuit and OLEDssd1306 display module.The system software includes capacitance data acquisition,communication between Pcap01 and STM32,data conversion,communica⁃tion between STM32 and OLED LIQUID crystal display,OLED display,etc.Through the analysis of the final test results,it can be known that the Pcap01 based micro-capacitance measurement system can complete capacitance measurement from a few fF to a few hundred nF,and the measurement cycle can reach us level at the lowest.The design can be applied to liquid level measure⁃ment,object level measurement,acceleration measurement and other micro-capacitance sensor measurement fields.
