长沙市第一水厂提质改造工程绿色市政设计理念的应用实践

摘　　要：以长沙市第一水厂提质改造工程为例,介绍了长沙市第一水厂在用地极其有限的情况下,对厂区完成不停产改造,同时新增了深度处理系统和排泥水处理系统,实现排泥水的全收集、全处理、零排放以及冷却水的循环利用,总面积仅为标准占地面积的15.05%。工程总体上充分体现了集约、绿色、循环的设计理念,对于绿色市政设计理念在水厂改造和建设方面的应用与实践有较好的借鉴意义。Taking the Changsha No.1 Water Plant as an example,this paper introduced that the Changsha No.1 Water Plant has completed the transformation while continuning production under the extremely limited land use,and added an advanced treatment system and a muddy water treatment system.Post-renovation project can realize the complete collection,complete treatment,zero discharge and recycling of cooling water,the total area is only 15.05% of the standard area.The project as a whole fully embodies the design concept of intensive,green and circular,and has a good reference significance for the application and practice of the green municipal design concept in the transformation and construction of water plants.
