摘 要:以双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)和N-乙烯基甲酰胺(NVF)为主要原料,过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,通过水溶液自由基聚合反应制备了无规共聚物P(DAAM-co-NVF),并在碱性条件下水解得到共聚物P(DAAMco-VAm)。采用FTIR、^(1)HNMR、GPC和TGA对共聚物进行了表征,同时以UV-Vis和DSC对P(DAAM-co-NVF)和P(DAAM-co-VAm)水溶液的相转变行为进行研究。结果表明,共聚物P(DAAM-co-NVF)和P(DAAM-co-VAm)具有可调控的低临界溶解温度(LCST),通过改变共聚物组成和溶液质量分数可以调控P(DAAM-co-NVF)和P(DAAM-co-VAm)的LCST;在P(DAAM-co-VAm)水溶液中通入CO_(2)可以调控聚合物的LCST;P(DAAM-co-VAm)水溶液的LCST具有可逆的CO_(2)/N_(2)开关响应性。Random copolymer poly(diacetone acrylamide-co-N-vinylformamide) [P(DAAM-co-NVF)] was synthesized by free radical polymerization in aqueous solution using diacetone acrylamide(DAAM) and N-vinylformamide(NVF) as monomers, ammonium persulfate and sodium hydrogen sulfite as initiator. Poly(diacetone acrylamide-co-vinylamine) [P(DAAM-co-VAm)] was obtained by hydrolysis of P(DAAMco-NVF) under alkaline conditions. The resultant copolymers were characterized by FTIR, ^(1)HNMR, GPC and TGA. The phase transition behaviors of P(DAAM-co-NVF) and P(DAAM-co-VAm) were evaluated by UV-Vis spectroscopy and DSC. The results showed that copolymers P(DAAM-co-NVF) and P(DAAM-coVAm) solutions had regulatory lower critical solution temperature(LCST), which was controlled by changing copolymer composition and solution mass fraction. Moreover, the LCST of P(DAAM-co-VAm) aqueous solution could be regulated by bubbling CO_(2) into the system. The LCST of P(DAAM-co-VAm) aqueous solution had reversible response to CO_(2) and N_(2) switching.
