摘 要:苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)通过催化加氢可提高物理化学性能,使其更广泛地应用于工业中。以氯铂酸、尿素为原料,通过简单的浸渍还原法制备了Pt/g-C_(3)N_(4)催化剂并应用于SIS非均相催化加氢反应。采用XRD、TEM、^(1)HNMR和DSC对催化剂及产物进行了结构表征,考察了催化剂组成、Pt负载量、反应条件等因素对SIS加氢性能的影响。结果表明,以环己烷作溶剂,SIS用量是催化剂质量的2.3倍,在140℃、2 MPa条件下反应2 h,催化剂具有很好的活性和选择性,SIS加氢度为85%,对聚异戊二烯段碳碳双键选择性高达95%。Physical and chemical properties of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer(SIS) can be improved by catalytic hydrogenation, which makes it more widely used in industry. Pt/g-C_(3)N_(4) catalyst was prepared by a simple impregnation reduction method using chloroplatinic acid and urea as raw materials and then applied to heterogeneous catalytic hydrogenation of SIS. The structure of catalysts and products were characterized by XRD, TEM, ^(1)HNMR and DSC. The effects of catalyst composition, loading amount of Pt and reaction conditions on the hydrogenation performance of SIS were investigated. The results showed that Pt/g-C_(3)N_(4) exhibited good activity and selectivity, the hydrogenation degree of SIS and selectivity to C==C bonds of polyisoprene units were 85% and 95% under the conditions of cyclohexane as solvent, the dosage of SIS was 2.3-fold of the mass of catalyst, reaction temperature 140 ℃, 2 MPa and reaction time 2 h.
