摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定滴鼻对胃镜检查中丙泊酚注射痛及用量的影响。方法选取行无痛胃镜检查的240例成人患者,随机分成三组各80例。A组给予丙泊酚麻醉,B组给予利多卡因+丙泊酚麻醉,C组给予右美托咪定+丙泊酚麻醉。比较三组的注射痛发生率、丙泊酚用量、呼吸频率、心率、SpO2以及苏醒时间。结果A组的注射痛发生率显著高于B组及C组(P<0.05)。C组的丙泊酚用量显著少于A组和B组(P<0.05)。C组丙泊酚注射后的心率显著低于A组、B组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定滴鼻应用于胃镜检查能减轻丙泊酚注射痛,减少丙泊酚用量,并发症少且用药方便。Objective To explore the impact of nasal drops of dexmedetomidine on injection pain and dosage of propofol during gastroscopic examination.Methods 240 adult patients with painless gastroscopic examination were randomly divided into three groups,with 80 patients in each group.Group A was given propofol anesthesia,group B was given lidocaine+propofol anesthesia,and group C was given dexmedetomidine+propofol anesthesia.The incidence of injection pain,dosage of propofol,respiratory rate,heart rate,SpO2 and awakening time were compared among the three groups.Results The incidence of injection pain in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and group C(P<0.05).The dosage of propofol in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).The heart rate after propofol injection in group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Nasal drops of dexmedetomidine applied in gastroscopic examination can relieve the injection pain of propofol and reduce the dosage of propofol,with few complications and convenient administration.
