摘  要:目的探讨超声引导下腱鞘内注药术联合针刀松解术治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2020年2月我院收治的82例狭窄性腱鞘炎患者,随机分为两组各41例。观察组采用超声引导下腱鞘内注药术联合针刀松解术治疗,对照组采用超声引导下腱鞘内注药术治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及疼痛评分。结果治疗2周后,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组的VAS评分均显著降低,观察组的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下腱鞘内注药术联合针刀松解术治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎患者,可减轻手指疼痛,改善患指功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided drug infusion in tendon sheath combined with acupotomy in the treatment of stenosing tendonitis.Methods 82 patients with stenosing tendonitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided drug infusion in tendon sheath combined with acupotomy,while the control group was treated with ultrasound-guided drug infusion in tendon sheath.The clinical efficacy and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores in both groups decreased significantly,and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound-guided drug infusion in tendon sheath combined with acupotomy in the treatment of patients with stenosing tendonitis can relieve the pain of fingers and improve the function of affected fingers.
