摘　　要：目的探讨青少年型带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折对患者股骨近端的影响。方法选取60例接受青少年型带锁髓内钉治疗的股骨干骨折患者,观察患者患侧与健侧的股骨近端几何参数及髋关节功能评分。结果60例患者均获得随访,随访时间18~45个月。末次随访时,患侧与健侧的股骨近端几何参数、髋关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论青少年型带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折对患者股骨近端的影响小,预后满意。Objective To explore the impact of of adolescent type interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture on patients'proximal femur.Methods 60 patients with femoral shaft fracture who were treated with adolescent type interlocking intramedullary nail were selected.Patients'geometric parameters of the proximal femur and hip function scores of the affected side and healthy side were observed.Results All the 60 patients were followed up for 18 to 45 months.At the last follow-up,no significant difference was found in the geometric parameters of the proximal femur and hip function score between the affected side and healthy side(P>0.05).Conclusions Adolescent type interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture has small impact on patients'proximal femur,and has satisfactory prognosis.
