尼美舒利联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节滑膜炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨尼美舒利联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2020年2月我院收治的76例膝关节滑膜炎患者,随机分为两组各38例。对照组采用尼美舒利治疗,观察组采用尼美舒利联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗。比较两组治疗前后的膝关节功能(LKS评分)及炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6)水平。结果治疗5周后,两组的LKS评分均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组的LKS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗5周后,两组的TNF-α、IL-6水平均较治疗前显著下降,且观察组的TNF-α、IL-6水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尼美舒利联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节滑膜炎的效果显著,可有效促进患者膝关节功能恢复,减轻炎性反应。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nimesulide combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of synovitis of knee joint.Methods 76 patients with synovitis of knee joint admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nimesulide,and the observation group was treated with nimesulide combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate.The knee function(LKS score)and the levels of inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6)before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After 5 weeks of treatment,the LKS scores in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and LKS score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 5 weeks of treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nimesulide combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of synovitis of knee joint has significant effect,and can effectively promote the recovery of knee function and reduce inflammatory reaction of patients.
