温经暖宫汤联合米非司酮片治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温经暖宫汤联合米非司酮片治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床疗效。方法70例子宫内膜异位症痛经患者随机分为两组各35例,对照组给予米非司酮片治疗,治疗组给予温经暖宫汤联合米非司酮片治疗,比较两组的疗效及VAS评分。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组的总有效率为88.6%,显著高于对照组的65.7%(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组的VAS评分均较治疗前显著下降,且治疗组的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未出现肝肾功能异常、阴道出血等不良反应。结论温经暖宫汤联合米非司酮片能有效缓解子宫内膜异位症痛经患者的痛经症状,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wenjing Nuangong decoction combined with mifepristone tablets in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea.Methods 70 patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Wenjing Nuangong decoction combined with mifepristone tablets.The efficacy and VAS score were compared between two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.6%,significantly higher than 65.7%of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the VAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,no adverse reaction such as abnormal liver and kidney function,or vagina hemorrhage occurred in both groups.Conclusions Wenjing Nuangong decoction combined with mifepristone tablets can effectively relieve the dysmenorrhea symptom of patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea,and has high safety.
