摘　　要：目的探讨规范性团体康复训练对住院康复期精神分裂症(SP)患者社会功能及自尊水平的影响。方法80例住院康复期SP患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用规范性团体康复训练。比较两组干预前后的社会功能(SSPI评分)、自尊水平(SES评分)。结果干预30 d后,观察组的SSPI评分、SES评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规范性团体康复训练可促进康复期精神分裂症患者的社会功能恢复,提高患者自尊水平。Objective To explore the impact of normative group rehabilitation training on social function and self-esteem level of inpatients with schizophrenia(SP)at rehabilitation period.Methods 80 inpatients with SP at rehabilitation period were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received normative group rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The social function(SSPI score)and self-esteem levels(SES score)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After 30 d of intervention,the SSPI scores and SES score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Normative group rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of social function and improve the self-esteem level of patients with schizophrenia at rehabilitation period.
