心理护理对于肺炎患儿家长的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对于肺炎患儿家长的应用效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的肺炎患儿80例,随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组采取常规综合护理措施,观察组在常规综合护理措施的基础上给予患儿家长心理护理。比较两组患儿家长在干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分以及治疗配合度,比较两组患儿的临床症状缓解时间。结果干预后,观察组患儿家长的SAS评分显著低于对照组,配合度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、气促消失时间、啰音消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理能够显著缓解肺炎患儿家长的焦虑情绪,缩短患儿的临床症状缓解时间,提高患儿家长的配合度。Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing for parents of children with pneumonia.Methods 80 children with pneumonia treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The control group was given conventional comprehensive nursing measures,and the observation group was given psychological nursing for parents on the basis of conventional comprehensive nursing measures.The SAS scores before and after intervention and the cooperation degree of treatment of parents were compared between two groups,and the clinical symptom remission time of children were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS score of parents in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the cooperation degree was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,antifebrile time,disappearance time of anhelation,and disappearance time of rales of children in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing can obviously relieve the anxiety of parents of children with pneumonia,shorten the relief time of clinical symptoms of children,and improve the cooperation degree of parents.
