摘  要:针对高压系统升压期间中压系统氨放空及大修高压排塔及系统置换时氨放空量都较大的问题,对氨放空量大的原因进行分析探讨,主要是高压升压时间长导致氨温度高和排塔回收设备容积小,通过技术改造和操作优化,将氨放空量降到最低,不但降低了氨耗,同时也避免污染环境。With regard to large amount of ammonia venting from medium pressure system while the high pressure system is pressurizing,or during the overhaul of high pressure vent tower,or during system purging,we analyzed the reasons and found that the long time spent on pressurizing the high pressure system led to the temperature rise of ammonia,and the small volume of vent tower is also another reason.By technical reformation and operation optimization,the ammonia venting was reduced to the minimum,which not only reduced the ammonia consumption,but also avoided the environmental pollution.
