摘　　要：介绍合成氨装置离心式合成气压缩机在运行过程中出现的高、低压缸振动异常的问题,通过振动频谱检测分析、采取抑制振动上涨的相关措施以及检修处理等工作,最终确定了导致合成气压缩机高、低压缸振动异常的原因。The abnormal vibration of high and low pressure cylinders happened during the operation of centrifugal syngas compressor in synthetic ammonia plant was described.The reasons were determined by spectrum detection,other measures to restrain the vibration,and the treatment during maintenance.
