摘  要:碎煤气化产生的煤气废水富含酚、氨等有害物质,以脱酸、脱氨及萃取的酚氨回收工艺可从煤气废水中提炼出粗酚和氨水,并实现废水循环利用。通过对系统运营费用分析,得出走脱酸、脱氨及萃取的常规酚氨回收工艺路线,其经济盈亏平衡的前提是待处理废水中初始酚、氨含量同时达到9.2 g/L或以上。适当追加对脱氨塔和酚塔的设备投资,可显著降低运行费用。同时,还能有效降低满足盈亏平衡时的酚和氨初始浓度指标。The coal gas wastewater produced by crushed coal gasification is rich in harmful substances such as phenol and ammonia.The phenol-ammonia recovery process of deacidification,deamination and preextraction can extract crude phenol and ammonia from the coal gas wastewater,and can realize the wastewater recycling.Through the analysis of the operating cost of the system,the economic break-even point of the conventional phenol ammonia recovery process route is obtained.The break-even point is that the initial content of phenol and ammonia is 9.2 g/L at the same time.Appropriate additional investment in the ammonia tower and phenol tower can significantly reduce operating costs.At the same time,it can significantly reduce the index requirements for the initial concentration of phenol and ammonia in the wastewater.
