摘  要:药物知识库是基于人工智能算法构建,用于整合现有药物知识和挖掘有效知识的知识库。目前,药物知识库已应用于抗菌药物监管、合理药物指导、健康管理干预和临床决策等临床活动中。同时,科研人员基于药物知识库进行如不良反应分析、药物重利用、耐药性研究和药物基因组研究等研究。本文就近年来有关药物知识库在科研和临床中的研究进展进行综述,希望为进一步探讨药物知识库的开发与利用带来新思路。The drug knowledge base is constructed based on artificial intelligence algorithms,which is used to integrate existing drug knowledge and tap effective knowledge.Currently,drug knowledge bases have been used in clinical research such as antimicrobial drug supervision,rational drug guidance,health management intervention,and clinical decision support.Based on the drug knowledge bases,researchers perform scientific research such as adverse drug reaction analysis,drug repurposing,drug resistance analysis,system pharmacogenomics analysis,and so on.In this paper,we review the progress of the drug knowledge bases in scientific and clinical research,in order to shed some light on the further application and development of the drug knowledge bases.
