摘 要:利用金相显微分析、蚀坑腐蚀等方法研究了不同退火工艺对用偏析法提纯和三层液法提纯两种不同精铝原料配比生产的高压阳极铝箔再结晶组织及表面晶粒大小、取向、形貌及分布的影响。结果表明:再结晶组织主要由立方织构组成,偏析法提纯生产的阳极箔在300℃保温1 h完成再结晶,立方织构占有率趋于最大值,三层液法提纯的阳极箔在350℃保温1 h完成再结晶,立方织构占有率达到最大值;偏析法提纯的阳极箔最佳退火工艺为300℃×1 h+510℃×10 min,三层液法提纯的阳极箔最佳退火工艺为:350℃×1 h+510℃×10 min;510℃下退火时间过长会引发晶粒粗大,减少立方织构的含量。The effects of various annealing processes on the recrystallization microstructure,grain size,orientation,morphology and distribution of high-voltage anode aluminum foil produced by segregation method and three-layer liquid method were studied by means of metallographic microscope analysis and pit corrosion.It is indicated that the recrystallization microstructure is mainly composed of cubic texture.The anode aluminum foil purified by segregation method completes recrystallization at 300°C for 1 hour,and the occupancy rate of cubic texture tends to the maximum.The anode aluminum foil purified by three-layer liquid method completes recrystallization at 350°C for 1 hour,and the occupancy rate of cubic texture reaches the maximum.The optimum annealing process of anode aluminum foil purified by segregation method is 300°C×1h+510°C×10min.Whereas,the optimum annealing process of anode aluminum foil purified by three-layer liquid method is 350°C×1h+510°C×10min.The overlong annealing time at 510°C will cause coarse grains and reduce the content of cube texture synchronously.
