摘 要:采用金相分析、扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段对某铝企AA8021铝箔整个生产过程的组织结构和力学性能演变进行了研究。结果表明,8021合金以Fe为主要合金化元素,铸锭中第二相主要由针状Al-Fe相和Al-Fe共晶相组成;8021合金第二相随均匀化退火温度发生变化,当温度超过560℃时,Al-Fe中间合金相完全变为Al3Fe相,并在后续轧制加工中难以破碎。试生产出的铝箔厚度为0.04 mm,杯突值7.5~8.0 mm,达到从日本进口的8021软包锂电池用铝箔水平。本研究为8021合金软包锂离子电池膜铝箔的国产批量化生产提供了借鉴和参考。Metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analysis,mechanical property test and heat treatment orthogonal test were performed to investigate the whole production process of AA8021 aluminum foil.A cupping test value of 7.5~8.0 mm was achieved in aluminum foil with a thickness of 0.04 mm,reaching the standard of AA8021 aluminum foil imported from Japan for soft pack lithium battery,which has been used in more than ten major factories in China for aluminum plastic film production.In the future,the pinhole problem,surface quality and mechanical properties of the aluminum foil for the domestic soft pack lithium battery need to be continuously solved and improved.This study provides a reference for the localization of the aluminum foil for the AA8021 alloy applied in soft pack lithium battery.
