摘  要:在探伤检查7075铝合金锻饼时发现大约在锻饼中心区域有缺陷。为了寻找缺陷的本质和产生原因,在缺陷区域打断口,并通过用目测、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪等手段对在断口断裂面上发现的众多异物进行了分析。结果发现:7075锻饼中心的异物缺陷是非金属夹杂物。该夹杂是铸造流槽对接用耐火棉脱落的残渣以及修补流槽脱落的耐火泥颗粒。夹杂的主要成份是SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、CaSiO_(3)。7075 forged disks were found to be defective in the center after flaw detection.Fracture was made in the defect area in order to find the essence of the defects,on which many foreign matters were found.Some parts were yellow,some black,and some abnormal phenomena were also found near the foreign matters.Central defects of 7075 forged disks were analyzed by visual measurement,fracture structure,optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer in this test.Results showed that the central defects of 7075 forged disks were inclusions.Inclusion formation caused by impure silicate cotton or refractory mud adhering to the silicate cotton fallen into the flume in the early stage of casting and remained in the ingots in the subsequent casting process.Inclusion was composed of SiO_(2)Al_(2)O_(3)and CaSiO_(3).
