摘  要:2A12铝合金广泛应用于机身蒙皮等飞机结构件。拉伸成形(拉形)是蒙皮类零件成形的重要加工工艺,在拉形过程及后续处理中出现的表面缺陷将严重影响蒙皮的使用寿命。通过宏观观察、化学成分、显微组织分析等检测手段对化铣后表面出现的粗晶现象的2A12铝合金样品进行了综合分析,认为样品粗大晶粒是在预拉形后的淬火热处理过程中形成的,并对缺陷形成机理进行了研究和讨论。2A12 alloy is widely used in the production of aircraft structural parts,such as fuselage skin.Stretch forming is an important processing technology for skin parts.The surface defects in the stretch forming process and subsequent treatment will seriously affect the service life of the skin.By means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition and microstructure analysis,the coarser grains on the surface of 2A12 aluminum alloy after chemical milling were comprehensively analyzed.It is considered that the coarser grains of 2A12 aluminum alloy are formed in the quenching heat treatment process after pre-stretch forming,and the formation mechanism of defects was studied and discussed.
