摘 要:基于水泥混凝土路面板早龄期力学仿真,开展夏季不同施工时段、边界约束对面板固化性状的影响研究.结果显示,施工季节、昼夜温差、结构约束等显著影响固化翘曲和残余应力.面板早龄期存在典型的板角向上固化翘曲和不对称翘曲模式,面板28 d残余应力主要为板顶受拉形式.接缝约束显著减小约束边板角翘曲,增大面板板顶残余拉应力分布面积,应力峰值影响较小.研究提出零平均应力温度梯度参数表征固化翘曲和初始应力状态两方面影响,面板早龄期温度加载历史中正温度差量级、时长较大,面板早期更易形成零平均应力正温度梯度.计算早龄期性状影响效应时,28 d零平均应力温度梯度范围可考虑取值0.25~0.57℃·cm^(-1)区间.Based on mechanical simulation program of early age cement concrete pavement slab,the influence of different construction time in summer and boundary constraints on the built-in behavior of pavement slab was studied.The results showed that construction seasons,temperature difference between day and night,and structural constraints significantly affected built-in curling and residual stress.There were typical upward and asymmetric built-in curling in the early age of slab,and the 28th day residual stress was mainly in the form of tension at the top of slab.The joint restraint significantly reduceed the corner curling of the restrained slab,and increased the residual tensile stress distribution area at the top of slab,but had little effect on the peak stress.The zero average stress temperature gradient parameter was proposed to characterize the effects of built-in curling and initial stress state.The positive temperature difference magnitude and duration were larger in the early age temperature loading history,and the zero average stress positive temperature gradient was easier to form in the early age of the slab.When calculating the effect of early age behavior,the zero average stress temperature gradient on the 28th day can be considered as 0.25 to 0.57℃·cm^(-1).
