摘　　要：人工智能产权的形成为马克思产权思想的发展注入了新材料、新活力,是马克思产权思想当代发展的诠释。关于人工智能产权,从内涵到特点,从基本问题到当下的现实问题,都能从马克思产权思想中找到依据。人工智能产权不仅具有马克思产权思想阐述的一般特点,而且还具有时代特点,是理论与实践的统一。不仅包含价值消亡的历史性,而且还凸显了财富涌流的现实性;既突出了人机对立的一面,又内含了人机融合的制度条件。虽不构成当代产权主体,但在对新的社会权力垄断的揭示和产权侵害问题的警示上突出其实践指向。总之,人工智能产权从理论和实践两个方面凸显了马克思产权思想的当代价值,对我国的产权实践具有重要的启示性。The formation of AI(Artificial Intelligence)property rights has injected new materials and new vitality into the contemporary development of Marx's property rights thought,which provides the interpretation to the contemporary development of Marx's property rights thought.On the property rights of AI,from the connotation to the characteristics,from the basic problems to the current hot issues,we can find the basis from Marx's property rights thought.The property right of AI not only has the general characteristics described by Marx's property rights thought,but has the characteristics of the times,Meanwhile it is the unity of theory and practice.It not only contains the historical nature of the disappearance of value,but highlights the reality of the flow of wealth;it not only highlights the opposite side of man-machine,but contains the system conditions of human-computer integration.Although it does not constitute the subject of contemporary property rights,its practical direction is highlighted in the revelation of new social power monopoly and the warning of property rights infringement.In a word,AI property rights highlights the contemporary value of Marx's property rights thought from both theory and practice,which also has important enlightenment for the current property rights practice in China.
