摘  要:以铁为主要活性组分,过渡金属为改性剂,Al_(2)O_(3)为载体制备了一种负载型非钒基脱硝催化剂,并考察了活性组分负载量、焙烧参数、活性前驱体等对催化性能的影响。结果表明,活性组分负载量和焙烧升温速率对催化剂活性影响较大;二价铁盐得到催化剂活性优于三价铁盐,其中以FeCl_(2)为前驱体得到的催化剂活性最佳;通过铈或锡改性后催化剂的活性从65%提高至87%。Supported non-vanadium based denitrification catalyst was prepared using iron as main active component,transition-metal as modifier and aluminum trioxide as support.The influences of loading of active components,calcination heating rate,and active precursor on catalyst activity were investigated.Results showed that loading of active components and calcination heating rate have great influence on catalyst activity.Activity of the catalyst prepared with divalent iron salt was better than that with trivalent iron salt,among which the FeCl_(2) as precursor was the best,and the activity of cerium or tin doped catalyst increased from 65%to 87%.
