摘  要:采用AM-30型气流涡旋微粉机、PB300型立式剥片机、GJM10双槽高强度搅拌型卧式湿式超细磨设备对介孔催化材料进行研磨。通过实验考察对比,确定GJM10双槽高强度搅拌型卧式湿式超细磨设备适宜介孔材料的研磨处理。对研磨所得产品进行粒度、BET孔性质分析,并通过SEM和TEM技术表征了形貌。将湿式超细磨设备磨后的介孔材料进行催化裂化助剂CMT-1的工业生产。结果表明,湿式超细磨设备所得的介孔材料具有粒度下降幅度大,比表面损失小,能达到指标要求,所制备的催化剂在保证强度的基础上具有中大孔结构。Mesoporous catalysts were grinded by AM-30 airflow pulverizing mill,PB300 vertical peeling machine and GJM10 double-slot high-strength agitating type horizontal wet ultra-fine grinding unit.Through experimental investigation and comparison,it is determined that the GJM10 double tank high strength stirred horizontal wet superfine grinding equipment is suitable for grinding mesoporous materials.The particle size and BET pore properties of the product were analyzed,and the morphology was characterized by SEM and TEM.The mesoporous materials milled by wet ultrafine grinding equipment were used in the production of FCC additive CMT-1.The results show that the mesoporous materials obtained by the wet ultrafine grinding equipment has large drop in particle size,small specific surface loss,and meet the specification of the CMT-1.The prepared catalyst has medium and large pore structure with guaranteed strength.
