摘 要:为了研究住宅中间凹口位置对室内自然通风效果的影响,本文通过对近5年武汉市住宅小区形式的统计分析,建立3种常见的凹口位置布局的四户型高层住宅模型,并使用开源的计算流体力学软件OpenFOAM对这3种模型进行风环境模拟分析。结果表明,在凹口面积达到一定的条件下,凹口的设置对中间单侧通风户型室内自然通风效果有显著影响,但并不总是促进作用。在建筑平面中心设置凹口,更有利于中间单侧通风户型的自然通风效果。而凹口位于双侧通风户型与单侧通风户型之间时,中间楼层的单侧通风户型自然通风作用将减弱。In order to study the influence of the notch position of high-rise residential buildings on indoor natural ventilation,three ideal models with the layout of the recesses based on the statistical analysis of the residential quarters in Wuhan in the past 5 years were established.The computational fluid dynamics software OpenFOAM was employed for the wind environment simulation analysis.The results show that the application of the notch has a significant impact on the indoor natural ventilation of the single-sided room in the middle of the buildings,but which is not always promotive.The notch in the center of the building is more conducive to the natural ventilation of the single-sided ventilation room.When the notch is located between the double-sided and the single-sided ventilation room,the natural ventilation effect of the single-sided ventilation room will be weakened,especially for those near the mid-layer of the buildings.
