摘　　要：宁兴·上院住宅小区位于舟山市城北新区,小区主要由高层住宅和多层合院住宅组成,用"一轴""两园"的景观设计与建筑相辅相成,不仅关注现代人对居住功能的要求,还关注居住人群的精神需求。楼幢布局均衡,通风采光良好,吸取古典园林造林手法,身处繁华,心入山林。Ningxing Shangyuan residential block is located in Chengbei New District of Zhoushan.It is mainly composed of high-rise housing and multi-storey compound house.The landscape design and architecture of“one axis”and“two gardens”complement each other,which not only meet the requirements of modern people for living function,but also pay attention to the spiritual demand of the living group.Building layout is balanced with good ventilation and lighting.It draws on the classical landscaping techniques,making people feel in the mountains and forests while in the bustling city.
