摘　　要：入党培养联系人在学生入党积极分子的培养教育考察过程中起着关键性作用,是保证学生党员发展质量的重要关口。高职院校在入党培养联系人的遴选、工作、评价机制等方面均存在不足,要想增强入党培养联系人自身的责任意识,党组织就要不断完善入党培养联系人相关工作机制,进一步加强大学生党员发展工作,切实提高高职学生党员发展工作的科学化水平和培养质量。Contact persons play a key role in the process of cultivating and inspecting student Party activists,and are an important gateway to ensure the recruitment quality of student Party members.There are deficiencies in the selection,working,and evaluation mechanism of contact persons for the cultivation of Party members in higher vocational colleges.To strengthen the sense of responsibility of contact persons,the Party organization should continuously improve the relevant working mechanism of contact persons for the cultivation of Party members,further strengthen the recruitment of college student Party members,and effectively improve the scientific level and cultivation quality of the recruitment of student Party members in higher vocational colleges.
