以需求为导向的推荐免试研究生工作探索  

Research on the Mode of Postgraduate Recommendation by Demand Orientation

摘　　要：推荐免试研究生工作和暑期开放日活动在研究生生源质量提升方面具有重要作用。该文以南京大学生命科学学院暑期开放日为例,通过问卷调查和分析发现,来自不同高校和学科类型的学生对推免活动的需求存在较大差异:非一流学科的学生更重视"学科排名和实力",而一流学科的学生更看重是否"有心仪的导师";一流高校和一流学科的学生比普通高校的学生更认可"获得优先推荐免试研究生的资格"的重要性,而普通高校的学生更希望通过暑期开放日"参加学术讲座等科研活动"。针对学生的需求设计暑期开放日的形式和内容如下:(1)提升研究生推免信息化程度和宣传效率;(2)增加招生过程中的师生互动;(3)加速确定优先推荐研究生的资格。以上工作不仅可以有效优化推免工作模式,还可以提升学生的参与感和生源质量。It is important to postgraduate recommendation and Summer Open Days activities to improve the quality of graduate students.Taking the Summer Open Days of School of Life Sciences in Nanjing University as an example,this paper analyzed students’demands for postgraduate recommendation activities through questionnaire,which discovered that great differences exist among students from different levels of universities and subjects.Students from non-first-class disciplines pay attention to"discipline ranking and strength",while those from firstclass disciplines pay more attention to"desirable supervisors".Students from first-class universities and disciplines are more likely to recognize the importance of"the qualification to be recommended"compared with students that prefer to"participate in some scientific research activities"from ordinary universities.The forms and contents of Summer Open Days according to the demands of students are as follows:(1)to improve the information degree and publicity efficiency;(2)to increase teacher-student interaction;(3)to accelerate the qualification confirmation of priority recommendation.This work can not only effectively optimize the work mode,but also improve the participation sense and quality of students.
