摘　　要：伴随着学习生活环境的变化,大学新生的角色身份也随之发生改变。在角色转换中,大学新生会出现自我认知失衡、专业学习不适应、独立生活和人际交往困难等问题。对此,在引导大学新生完成角色转换和适应大学生活的过程中,需要发挥全员育人的力量,构建全方位、全过程的教育引导体系,采取一系列对策帮助大学新生正确认识自己、解决适应问题,提升大学学习生活质量。With the change of learning and living environment,the role and identity of freshmen also change.In the process of role transformation,freshmen will have some problems,such as imbalance of self-cognition,maladjustment of professional learning,interpersonal difficulties and so on.Therefore,colleges and universities need to take a series of measures to help freshmen solve problems and improve the quality of their study and life.
