益肾解毒合剂联合地塞米松、盐酸氮芥治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益肾解毒合剂联合地塞米松、盐酸氮芥治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月至2020年6月聊城市中医医院肾病科住院的慢性肾炎患者78例,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组37例,治疗组41例,对照组给予地塞米松、盐酸氮芥方案,治疗组在上述基础上加用益肾解毒合剂,观察临床症状及体征的变化、24 h尿蛋白定量、肝肾功能、是否出现不良反应等。结果治疗组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组患者不良反应更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾解毒合剂联合地塞米松、盐酸氮芥治疗慢性肾炎疗效好,能有效减少慢性肾炎患者蛋白尿,且具有安全、副作用小等特点,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Jiedu Mixture combined with dexamethasone and chlormethine hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic nephritis hospitalized in the Department of Nephrology of Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Liaocheng City from January 2017 to June 2020 were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 37 patients in the control group and 41 patients in the treatment group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone and chlormethine hydrochloride,while the treatment group was treated with Yishen Jiedu Mixture on the basis of the control group.The changes of clinical symptoms and signs,24-hour urinary protein excretion(24-h UPE),liver and kidney function,adverse reactions(ARs)and other indexes were observed.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The 24-h UPE in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were fewer ARs in the patients of treatment group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Jiedu Mixture combined with dexamethasone and chlormethine hydrochloride has good efficacy in the treatment of chronic nephritis.It can effectively reduce the urinary protein in patients with chronic nephritis,and has the characteristics of safety and few side effects,which is worthy of promotion and application.
