摘　　要：腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)是临床上常见的胃肠功能性疾病。IBS-D对患者的生活质量造成极大的负面影响。目前西医疗效欠佳,易复发,且不良反应较多。而中医药治疗IBS-D具有独特之处,近年来中医内服疗法成为临床新的治疗方向,其在治疗IBS-D中取得了较好的疗效。本文通过分析近5年中药内服法治疗IBS-D肝郁脾虚证临床研究的文献,探讨中药内服法治疗IBS-D肝郁脾虚证的疗效及优势,为进一步研究提供思路与基础,以供临床参考。Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)is a common gastrointestinal functional disease in clinical practice.IBS-D exerts much negative influence on the patients'quality of life.Up till now,Western medicine has not produced satisfying curative effect on IBS-D which still recurred frequently,and it has caused many adverse reactions.By contrast,traditional Chinese medicine is unique in treating IBS-D.In recent years,the oral administration of Chinese materia medica has become a new orientation of treatment in clinical practice,which has achieved better efficacy in the treatment of IBS-D.Through analyzing the literature on the clinical research of treating IBS-D with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome with oral administration of Chinese materia medica in recent 5 years,this paper probes into the efficacy and advantages of oral administration of Chinese materia medica for IBS-D with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,so as to provide ideas and basis for further research for clinical reference.
