摘　　要：目的探讨急诊犬伤患者的犬咬伤伤口创面清创中采用可拆卸筒式犬伤清创仪对于患者清创伤口的具体治疗效果。方法选取2020年4月1日至10月31日我院收治的76例急诊犬伤患者作为本研究对象,根据患者采用的不同清创方法将患者分为研究组38例和对照组38例。研究组采用可拆卸筒式犬伤清创仪冲洗创面异物;对照组采用人工手动清创方法清洗伤口。治疗完成后,分别记录两组患者创面愈合情况、时间及创面并发症情况,若创面在愈合过程中出现分泌物,行分泌物细菌学培养,观察创面的感染情况。结果治疗完成后,研究组患者的创面愈合时间为(8.81±3.60)d、伤口愈合总有效率为97.37%,明显优于对照组患者的创面愈合时间(12.65±6.15)d、伤口愈合总有效率为84.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在两组患者的瘢痕形成情况方面,研究组患者的瘢痕VSS评分为(3.84±2.53)分,低于对照组患者的(7.62±3.48)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.416,P=0.000);在伤口感染发生情况方面,研究组患者感染总发生率为2.63%,低于对照组患者的15.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在犬伤患者的伤口清创中应用可拆卸筒式犬伤清创仪能够有效的对于患者的创口进行清创,有利于患者的创口恢复,减少患者的感染发生情况,因此值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the specific therapeutic effect of the detachable barrel-typed dog-bite wound debridement instrument in the dog-bite wound debridement of patients with dog-bite wound in the emergency department(ED).Methods A total of 76 patients with dog-bite wound in the ED of our hospital from April 1 to October 31,2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different debridement methods,38 patients in the study group and 38 in the control group were divided.In the study group,the detachable barrel-typed dog-bite wound debridement instrument was used to flush the foreign body on the wound surface.In the control group,the wounds were cleaned by manual debridement.After the treatment,the time to remove the foreign body,wound healing time and wound complications were recorded in the two groups.If there was the secretion in the process of wound healing,bacteriological culture of secretion was performed to observe the infection of wound.Results After treatment,the wound healing time of patients in the study group was(8.81±3.60)days,and the total effective rate of wound healing was 97.37%,which was significantly better than that of patients in the control group([12.65±6.15],84.21%),with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of scar formation in the two groups,the VSS score of scar was(3.84±2.53)in the study group and(7.62±3.48)in the control group,and the scar formation was significantly better in the study group than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(t=5.416,P=0.000).As for the wound infection,the total incidence of infection was 2.63%in the study group,was lower than 15.79%in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The detachable barrel-typed dog-bite wound debridement instrument can effectively debride the wounds of patients with dog-bite wound,which is beneficial to the recovery of the wounds and reduces the occurrence of infe
