摘 要:目的观察ABC分类控制法对多重耐药菌感染防控的意义。方法选取本院2018年2月至2020年1月治疗的多重耐药菌感患者70例,采用ABC分类控制法进行确认,统计本组病原学标本基本情况、临床分布、患者的年龄分布、管理类别、病原菌的分布与分类、以及需要进行重点管理的科室。结果采用ABC分类控制法确定多重耐药菌重点控制年龄段为50岁以上;重点控制菌群为肠杆菌属、不动杆菌属、葡萄球菌属等;重点控制科室分别为ICU、结核科、综合内科和感染科。结论采用ABC分类控制法结合医院感染调查数据,能够在最短的时间内明确多重耐药菌感染管理的重点对象,提升多重耐药菌感染防控的针对性,值得推广。Objective To observe the significance of activity based ABC classification control method(ABC)in the prevention and control of multi-drug resistant bacteria(MDRB)infection.Methods A total of70 patients with MDRB infection treated in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2020 were selected as research objects.They were confirmed by ABC method.The basic condition of etiological specimen,clinical distribution,age distribution of patients,management category,distribution and classification of pathogenic bacteria,and departments requiring key management were counted.Results ABC method showed that over 50 years old was the key age to control MDRB.The key control flora included Enterobacter,Acinetobacter,Sta phylococcus,etc.The key control departments involved ICU,Department of Tuberculosis,Department of Comprehensive Internal Medicine and Department of Infectious Diseases.Conclusion ABC method combined with survey data of hospital infection can be used to identify the key objects requiring for the management of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection in the shortest time,and improve the pertinence of the prevention and control of multi-drug resistan t bacteria infection,which is worthy of popularization.
