摘 要:为缩短IF钢热轧卷下线后的冷却时间,对入水温度为400~600℃的热轧卷表面氧化铁皮、显微组织和力学性能的变化进行了研究。结果表明,入水温度越高,热轧卷表面氧化铁皮越疏松,析出物尺寸越小、数量越少。且入水温度对热轧卷的力学性能影响不显著,水冷后最大屈服强度比自然冷却高约30 MPa。综合认为,将下线IF钢热轧卷温度控制在400℃以下再进行水槽冷却,可以在不影响其性能及表面质量的前提下,加快IF钢的冷却速率。In order to shorten the cooling time of IF steel after the hot rolling down line,the changes of the surface oxide scale,microstructure and mechanical properties of the hot rolled coil with water temperature of 400~600℃were studied.The results show that the higher the water temperature,the looser the oxide sheet on the surface of hot rolling coil,the smaller the size and quantity of precipitates.The effect of water temperature on the mechanical properties of hot rolled coil is not significant.The maximum yield strength after water cooling is about 30 MPa higher than that after natural cooling.It is considered that the cooling rate of IF steel can be accelerated without affecting its properties and surface quality by controlling the temperature of hot rolled coil below 400℃and then cooling in water tank.
