摘 要:分析了普通电镀金刚石钻头在方法上存在的不足,镀层内存在的针孔和产生的节瘤难以避免,明显地影响电镀钻头的适应范围和钻进经济技术指标。为此,试验研究二次成型工艺技术提高电镀钻头的保径效果;试验研究阴极移动方法去除镀层中的氢气泡和针孔。经检测表明,两种方法都取得了明显效果,镀层致密而平整,钻头胎体力学性能有明显提高。该试验研究为提高电镀金刚石钻头质量提供了良好的技术支持,具有实际应用价值。Micro pinhole and nodules are typical disadvantages for electroplated diamond bit because of its manufacture principle.As a result,the drilling efficiency and application of electroplated diamond bit are remarkably limited.To solve these problems,a modified electroplated forming technology with two-steps was employed to protect bit gauge,and a moving cathode was applied to eliminate the hydrogen bubbles and micro pinholes within the electroplated layer.Experimental results indicate that both of the aforementioned ways can obtain much better electroplated layers,with compact and smooth surface and improved mechanics properties.Those technical support are beneficial to improve the electroplated diamond bit quality and expand its application.
