摘 要:主要针对多相超高温陶瓷(UHTCs)颗粒掺杂改性C/C复合材料的热化学烧蚀行为进行数学表征,采用公式推导、数值模拟及试验验证等方法进行研究与分析。通过对C/C-ZrC-SiC(CCZS)复合材料烧蚀后的形貌进行分析,基于热化学平衡和最小自由能原理,构建CCZS氧化烧蚀模型。利用热-力-化多场耦合数值分析方法,对CCZS材料锥形缩比试样进行仿真模型构建,将热化学氧化反应表达式嵌入到仿真模型,并进行烧蚀行为数值计算。计算得到的烧蚀体结构内部温度分布和表面质量烧蚀速率,与烧蚀试验结果较为一致,验证了数学模型的有效性。同时,计算结果表明,基于热化学平衡原则进行改性复合材料表面热化学氧化反应的表征具有一定的工程可行性,可为多相UHTCs掺杂改性C/C复合材料的热化学氧化烧蚀数学表征提供理论参考。In this paper,the thermochemical ablation behavior of multiphase ultra-high temperature ceramics(UHTCs)particle doped modified C/C composites was characterized mathematically,and the methods of formula derivation,numerical simulation and experimental verification were used for research and analysis.By analyzing the morphology of C/C-ZrC-SiC(CCZS)composites after ablation,based on the principle of thermochemical equilibrium and minimum free energy,an oxidation ablation model of CCZS was established.Using thermal-mechanical-chemical multi-field coupling numerical analysis method,the simulation model of CCZS material with tapered scale was built,and the expression of thermochemical oxidation reaction was embedded into the simulation model and ablation behavior was numerically calculated.The calculated internal temperature distribution and ablation rate of the ablation structure are in good agreement with the ablation test results,which verifies the validity of the mathematical model.At the same time,the calculation results show that it is feasible to characterize the surface thermochemical reactions of modified composites based on thermochemical equilibrium principle,which can provide theoretical reference for the mathematical characterization of thermochemical oxidation ablation of heterogeneous UHTCs doped modified C/C composites.
