摘　　要：为确保深圳市公共建筑能耗管理系统运行维护期间采集能耗数据的在线率与准确率,本文通过回顾分析2020年深圳市530栋国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑能耗管理系统监测设备运行维护管理情况,介绍了建筑能耗管理系统监测设备运行维护主要工作内容、考核指标完成情况及其采取的组织保障措施等,可为其他各省市建筑能耗监测系统的运行维护提供参考。In order to make sure the average online rate and the data accuracy of the energy consumption data collected by the energy consumption management system of public buildings in Shenzhen during operation and maintenance,the paper reviewed the monitoring devices’operation and maintenance of 530 public buildings managed by the energy consumption management system for public buildings in Shenzhen.The paper also introduces the main main work content,the completion of assessment indicators and the organizational guarantee measures of the monitoring devices’operation and maintenance for the energy consumption management system,which can provide a reference for the operation and maintenance of the energy consumption monitoring system in other provinces and cities.
