摘　　要：通过阐释曹式丽教授对慢性肾脏病中医病机与络病理论相关性的认识,提出慢性肾脏病以肾络病变为病机关键,倡导辛通畅络法论治慢性肾脏病的学术观点,阐述辛通畅络法之辛开通络、辛甘通络、辛咸通络、辛香通络、辛温通络、辛润通络等治法内涵及临证经验。There are some particular views about the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease(CKD)and xintong Changluo therapy from Professor CAO Shili.Professor CAO proposed that renal collateral disease is focal point of CKD,and presented the treatment of CKD based on xintong changluo therapy,elaborated the clinical experience of xintong changluo therapy which includes xinkai tongluo,xingan tongluo,xinxian tongluo,xinxiang tongluo,xinwen tongluo,and xinrun tongluo.
