摘　　要：王慎中是明中后期著名的杜诗批评家之一,被仇兆鳌斥为"与杜为敌者"。然而,纵观王慎中的杜诗批点,不难发现,王慎中对杜诗艺术和杜甫人品颇为推崇,仇兆鳌批评王慎中与其"羽翼杜诗"的心态有关,而刘凤诰之论则有附和仇说之嫌。Wang Shenzhong is one of the critics of Du Fu’s poems in middle and late Ming dynasty,and he is called by Qiu Zhao’ao as one of "people against Du Fu". But a deeper look at his view shows us that Wang in fact admires Du Fu’s personality and writing style so much. Qiu’s criticism to Wang has something to do with his endorsement of Du Fu’s poems,while Liu Fenggao may echo Qiu’s opinions.
