摘  要:针对无菌砖型包装机高速运转时包装预成型工艺不稳定、机构运动失稳的实际问题,以无菌砖型包装机预成型机构为研究对象,通过在Solidworks中建立并简化三维模型,通过ADAMS仿真得出两种接触约束下机构各零件在不同位置处的角位移、速度、加速度等变化曲线。结果发现,凸轮从动件运动规律设计不合理、摆臂预压力不足等导致机构在进包和出包位置运动失稳,为预成型机构凸轮曲线优化提供依据。For the actual problems of unstable packaging pre-forming process and distortion of the pre-forming mechanism under the high-yield speed of the aseptic brick packaging machine,the pre-forming mechanism of a high-speed aseptic brick packaging machine is taken as the research object,and the three-dimensional model of the pre-forming mechanism is established and simplified in Solidworks.Through ADAMS simulation,the angular displacement,velocity,acceleration and other change curves of the various parts of the mechanism under the two contact constraints are obtained.The results show that the unreasonable design of the cam follower’s motion law and insufficient pre-pressure of the swing arm causes the mechanism to lose stability in the bag entry and exit position,which lay a foundation for the optimization of the cam curve of the performing mechanism.
