摘　　要：根据第四次全国经济普查数据,长沙市建筑业产业地位进一步提升,经济效益明显增长、经济结构优化调整,继续呈现出良好的发展态势。同时,长沙市建筑业发展也存在着诸多的制约因素,要进一步提升建筑业的经济地位,必须进一步促进产业升级、提升生产方式、增强发展动力、拓展市场空间。According to the data of the fourth national economic census,Changsha’s construction industry continues an excellent development trend,with industrial status being improved,economic benefits increasing significantly,and economic structure being optimized and adjusted.At the same time,many factors still restrain the development of Changsha’s construction industry.To further raise the economic status of the construction industry,it is necessary to further promote the industrial upgrading,improve the production mode,strengthen the development and expand the market space.
