加味泽泻汤治疗原发性高血压患者的疗效及对患者中医症状评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨加味泽泻汤治疗原发性高血压患者的疗效及对患者中医症状评分的影响。方法 350例原发性高血压患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组175例。对照组应用苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合盐酸贝那普利治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予加味泽泻汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后的中医症状评分、治疗前后的血压水平、不良反应发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的90.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的中医症状评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组(5.4±0.8)分低于对照组的(10.1±1.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的收缩压和舒张压水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药加味泽泻汤在原发性高血压患者中应用利于改善中医症状,稳定血压水平,且不会增加不良反应,值得推广。Objective To discuss the efficacy of modified Zexie Decoction on patients with essential hypertension and its influence on traditional Chinese medicine symptom score.Methods A total of 350 patients with essential hypertension were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 175 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodiping besylate tablets and benazepril hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with modified Zexie Decoction based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and blood pressure before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%which was higher than 90.86%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group(5.4±0.8)points was lower than(10.1±1.2)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine modified Zexie Decoction in patients with essential hypertension is beneficial to improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and stabilize the blood pressure level without increasing adverse reactions,which is worth popularizing.
