摘  要:目的探讨治疗充血性心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者时,超声雾化吸入与氧气雾化吸入两种方式所取得的效果。方法 107例充血性心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者,根据雾化吸入方式不同分为实验组(56例)和对照组(51例)。实验组患者采用氧气雾化吸入方式,对照组患者采用超声雾化吸入方式。比较两组各症状(肺部湿啰音、咽喉疼痛、咳嗽)消失时间及体温恢复正常时间,治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者的肺部湿啰音、咽喉疼痛、咳嗽消失时间及体温恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者的不良反应发生率5.36%明显低于对照组的35.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氧气雾化吸入治疗充血性心力衰竭合并肺部感染起效更迅速,可以在短时间内缓解临床症状,且副作用相对较小。Objective To discuss the effect of ultrasonic atomization inhalation and oxygen atomization inhalation in the treatment of congestive heart failure complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 107 cases of congestive heart failure complicated with pulmonary infection were divided into experimental group(56 cases)and control group(51 cases)according to different atomization inhalation methods.The experimental group was treated with oxygen atomization inhalation,while the control group was treated with ultrasonic atomization inhalation.The symptoms(lung moist rales,sore throat,cough)disappearance time,recovery time of body temperature,and occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of lung moist rales,sore throat,cough,and recovery time of body temperature of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions 5.36%of the experimental group was obviously lower than 35.29%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen atomization inhalation shows rapid effect on congestive heart failure complicated with pulmonary infection,which can alleviate clinical symptoms in a short time,and the side effects are relatively small.
