缩宫素鼻喷雾剂联合耳穴按压治疗气血虚弱型产后缺乳的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨缩宫素鼻喷雾剂联合耳穴按压治疗气血虚弱型产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法 52例气血虚弱型产后缺乳患者,依据随机数字表法分为实验组及对照组,各26例。实验组患者予缩宫素鼻喷雾剂联合耳穴按压治疗,对照组患者予中药通乳丹加减治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、起效时间及药物不良反应发生率。结果实验组临床总有效率为88.46%,与对照组的84.62%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组起效时间评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率均为3.85%,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于气血虚弱型产后缺乳患者应用缩宫素鼻喷雾剂联合耳穴按压治疗,疗效确切,起效快,使用方便。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of oxytocin nasal spray combined with auricular point sticking on postpartum hypogalactia of Qi and blood deficiency type.Methods A total of 52 patients with postpartum hypogalactia of Qi and blood deficiency type were divided into experimental group and control group according to random numerical table,with 26 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with oxytocin nasal spray combined with auricular pressing,and the control group was treated with modified traditional Chinese medicine Tongrudan.The clinical efficacy,onset time and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.46%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 84.62%of the control group(P>0.05).The onset time of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups was 3.85%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with postpartum hypogalactia of Qi and blood deficiency type,combination of oxytocin nasal spray and auricular point sticking has a definite effect,fast onset and is easy to use.
