炙甘草汤加减治疗冠心病心律失常的临床价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨炙甘草汤加减治疗冠心病心律失常的临床价值。方法 80例冠心病心律失常患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各40例。对照组给予西药治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予炙甘草汤加减治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的心功能指标及中医证候积分,治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者的左室射血分数显著高于对照组,左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径显著小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的气短、心悸、神倦乏力评分分别为(1.09±0.36)、(3.21±1.07)、(0.78±0.14)分,均显著低于对照组的(1.52±0.28)、(5.15±1.06)、(1.66±0.39)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心律失常患者应用炙甘草汤加减治疗,能有效改善患者的心功能指标,提高治疗总有效率,降低中医证候积分。Objective To discuss the clinical value of Zhigancao Decoction in treating arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease as study subjects were divided into control group and research group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the research group was treated withmodified Zhigancao Decoction based on the control group.The cardiac function indicators and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter were significantly less than those of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was 95.0%,which was higher than 70.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The shortness of breath,palpitation,fatigue score of the research group were(1.09±0.36),(3.21±1.07),(0.78±0.14)points,which were significantly lower than(1.52±0.28),(5.15±1.06),(1.66±0.39)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Zhigancao Decoction can effectively improve the cardiac function indicators of patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease,improve the effective rate,and lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral.
