摘  要:目的研究银离子(Ag^(+))、铜离子(Cu^(2+))对五种临床常见致病菌[大肠埃希菌(CRE)、肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)、铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)、金黄色葡萄球菌(MASA)及粪肠球菌(EFA)]的抗菌性能,并与各相关标准菌株(ATCC25922、ATCC700603、ATCC27853、ATCC25923及ATCC29212)的抗菌性能比较,为临床对抗菌材料的筛选及今后对抗菌材料的研究提供实验依据。方法将Ag^(+)、Cu^(2+)溶液稀释成不同梯度浓度,分别与各细菌菌悬液培养6 h后,取100μl密涂血平板,35℃CO_(2)箱培养24 h后计算菌落数,得出杀菌率。比较两种离子对CRE、CRKP、PAE、MARA、EFA及ATCC25922、ATCC700603、ATCC27853、ATCC25923、EFAATCC29212的最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果当Ag^(+)浓度≥10^(-7 )M、Cu^(2+)浓度≥10^(-5 )M时,对CRE有杀菌作用;当Ag^(+)浓度≥10^(-6 )M、Cu^(2+)浓度≥10^(-4 )M时,对ATCC25922有杀菌作用。两种离子对CRE的MBC均较ATCC25922小。当Ag^(+)浓度≥10^(-7 )M、Cu^(2+)浓度≥10^(-6 )M时,对CRKP有杀菌作用;当Ag^(+)浓度≥10^(-7 )M、Cu^(2+)浓度≥10^(-6 )M时,对ATCC700603有杀菌作用。两种离子对CRKP的MBC与ATCC700603一致。当Ag^(+)浓度≥10^(-6 )M、Cu^(2+)浓度≥10^(-5 )M时,对PAE有杀菌作用;当Ag^(+)浓度≥10^(-7 )M、Cu^(2+)浓度≥10^(-6 )M时,对ATCC27853有杀菌作用。两种离子对PAE的MBC均比ATCC27853高。当Ag^(+)浓度≥10^(-7 )M、Cu^(2+)浓度≥10^(-6 )M时,对有MASA杀菌作用;当Ag^(+)浓度≥10^(-7 )M、Cu^(2+)浓度≥10^(-6 )M时,对ATCC25923有杀菌作用。两种离子对MASA的MBC与ATCC25923一致。当Ag^(+)浓度≥10^(-5 )M、Cu^(2+)浓度≥10^(-5 )M时,对EFA有杀菌作用;当Ag^(+)浓度≥10^(-6 )M、Cu^(2+)浓度≥10^(-5 )M时,对ATCC29212有杀菌作用。对于Ag^(+),EFA的MBC比ATCC25923高,但对于Cu^(2+),两种细菌的MBC一致。结论 Ag^(+)、Cu^(2+)对临床五种常见致病菌及标准菌株均有明显抑菌作用,可作为除抗生素外的新型有效抗菌材料广泛应用于临床。Objective To study the effects of silver ions(Ag+)and copper ions(Cu2+)on five clinically common pathogens[Escherichia coli(CRE),Klebsiella pneumonia(CRKP),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE),staphylococcus aureus(MASA)and Enterococcus faecalis(EFA)],and compare the antibacterial properties with the related standard strains(ATCC25922,ATCC700603,ATCC27853,ATCC25923,ATCC29212),so as to provide experimental basis for clinical screening of antibacterial materials and future research of antibacterial materials.Methods The Ag+and Cu2+solutions were diluted to different gradient concentrations and cultured with each bacterial suspension for 6 h.Took 100μl liquid densely coated blood plate,cultured it in a CO_(2) box at 35℃for 24 h and counted the number of colonies to get the sterilization rate.The minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of the two ions on CRE,CRKP,PAE,MARA,EFA and ATCC25922,ATCC700603,ATCC27853,ATCC25923,EFAATCC29212.Results When Ag+concentration≥10-7 M and Cu2+concentration≥10-5 M,it has bactericidal effect on CRE;when Ag+concentration≥10-6 M and Cu2+concentration≥10-4 M,it has bactericidal effect on ATCC25922;the MBC of two ions on CRE was smaller than that of ATCC25922.When Ag+concentration≥10-7 M and Cu2+concentration≥10-6 M,it has bactericidal effect on CRKP;when Ag+concentration≥10-7 M and Cu2+concentration≥10-6 M,it has bactericidal effect on ATCC700603;the MBC of two ions on CRKP was consistent with that of ATCC700603.When Ag+concentration≥10-6 M and Cu2+concentration≥10-5 M,it has bactericidal effect on PAE;when Ag+concentration≥10-7 M and Cu2+concentration≥10-6 M,it has bactericidal effect on ATCC27853;the MBC of two ions on PAE was higher than that of ATCC27853.When Ag+concentration≥10-7 M and Cu2+concentration≥10-6 M,it has bactericidal effect on MASA;when Ag+concentration≥10-7 M and Cu2+concentration≥10-6 M,it has bactericidal effect on ATCC25923;the MBC of two ions on MASA was consistent with that of ATCC25923.When Ag+concentration≥10-5 M and Cu2+concentration�
