摘  要:以20份六棱大麦种质为参试材料,对其产量性状、光合荧光特性、干物质转运和氮素转运等30个性状进行遗传多样性分析、主成分分析及聚类分析.参试材料的变异范围为3.09%37.58%,遗传多样性指数的变幅为1.502.20.基于主成分分析显示,参试材料的9个主成分因子依次为花后干物质积累率、叶片干物质对籽粒的贡献率、单株粒数、初始荧光、单株穗数、净光合速率、千粒重、蒸腾速率、PSⅡ最大光化学量子效率.基于主成分的综合得分(S值)将参试材料进行排序,排名前5位的分别为15、12、11、8、9号品种,排名后5位的分别为3、20、4、7、2号品种.聚类分析将参试材料聚为3类.第Ⅰ类为2份高产高光效种质,第Ⅱ类为15份中产中光效种质,第Ⅲ类为3份低产低光效种质.In this study,20 six rowed barley germplasms were used as materials,and 30 characters including yield,photosynthetic fluorescence,dry matter transport and nitrogen transfer were analyzed by genetic diversity,principal component and cluster analysis.The variation range of the tested materials was 3.09%~37.58%,and the variation range of the genetic diversity index was 1.50~2.20.Based on principal component analysis,9 princi⁃pal component factors of the tested materials were as follows:dry matter accumulation rate after anthesis,contri⁃bution rate of leaf dry matter to grain,number of grains per plant,initial fluorescence,number of spikes per plant,net photosynthetic rate,1000 grain weight,transpiration rate,maximum photochemical quantum efficiency of PSⅡrespectively.Based on the comprehensive score(S value)of principal components,the materials were ranked and the top 5 varieties were 15,12,11,8 and 9,the bottom 5 varieties were 3,20,4,7 and 2.The materi⁃als were clustered into three groups by cluster analysis.The first type was 2 high yield and high light efficiency germplasm,and the second was 15 medium yield and medium light efficiency germplasm,and the third was 3 low yield and low light efficiency germplasm.
