摘 要:为提高直流无刷电机控制系统集成度、可靠性和稳定性,设计了基于FPGA的方波驱动直流无刷电机控制系统.系统采用反电动势过零点检测方案,针对启动难,提出新型三步法,加速阶段分两步,首先进行定频升压加速,然后采用定频定压的方式稳速,外同步到内同步换相的切换以自同步换相成功的次数为判决条件,通过自适应阈值控制换相滤除了换相过程中的过零点干扰信号,增加了系统稳定性.电机控制器结构简单,不需位置传感器及硬件滤波等电路模块.基于FPGA实验表明,该控制器启动效果好,电机运行稳定,最高转速达到13785 r/min.In order to improve the degree of integration,reliability and stability of brushless DC motor control system,a square-wave drive control system of brushless DC motor is designed based on FPGA.This system adopts back EMF zero crossing detection method,a new three step algorithm is proposed,which is carried out in two steps at the acceleration stage.Firstly,the constant frequency raising voltage is used to accelerate and secondly the constant frequency constant voltage is used to stabilize the speed;external synchronization to internal synchronization through the numbers of self-synchronous commutation.The zero crossing interference signal in commutation process is filtered by adaptive threshold control algorithm,it increases the stability of the system.The motor controller has simple structure without the need of position sensors and hardware filtering module.The experiments based on FPGA show that the controller has good starting performance,stable operation of the motor,and the maximum speed can reach 13785 r/min.
